Pinot Noir 'Tradition' 2020

Pinot Noir 'Tradition' 2020

Naramata BenchBritish Columbia

Our Pinot Noir is sourced from the west-facing slopes of the Kozier vineyard. This site enjoys the perfect synergy of a warm microclimate with cool soils ensuring a long even ripening. Hand-harvested at just the right time to avoid overripening.

Tasting Notes

The warm 2020 vintage shows unusually ripe fruit, with juicy blueberries, coca nibs, the scent of sun-kissed irises. Very rounded tannins, subtle five spice from French oak barrels. Perfectly aged with many years to evolve. Classically known as one of Canada's best Pinot Noirs for the balance of profundity and lightness.

Food Pairing

Game birds with sage stuffing, a black currant glaze. Morel mushroom ravioli. Proposals and daydreams.
