Texture Pinot Noir 2020
Juicy cherry, plus iris and earthy tones. Dark berry fruit, subtle savory notes, and soft tannins on the palate. Aged 8 months in neutral oak.
Tasting Notes
With vibrant red berry and a volcanic stone character, this wine reverberates the gravelly terroir of the organic Kozier vineyard. Linear fruit and evident toast from oak barrels. A collector wine, as our retired Texture series is now bottled as Vig.
Food Pairing
Sweet and smoky barbecued ribs with garlic mash. Fried oyster mushrooms. Fragrant beef brisket pho. A square of bitter chocolate. Backyard potlucks.
