CHÂTEAU 2020
Drawing from the savoir-faire of six generations of winemaking in Bordeaux, CHÂTEAU 2020 is the 5th vintage of a new tradition of Grand Vin. Unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Our annual masterpiece demonstrating the world class potential of BC wine. The small yields of high quality 2020 fruit produced highly concentrated aromas: savoury cigar box, black currant and black truffle. Subtle cedar from French oak. A superb vintage. Crafted to last.
Food Pairing
Wild boar cooked underground with forest herbs. Pan-fried sweet breads. Pan-fried sweet breads. Alpindon cheese, cherry compote. Best friends.
